Drums & Rattles

Throughout history the drum or rattle has been a basic, essential and
magical medicine tool of shamans from every tradition. They are used
to facilitate altered states of consciousness in which we are then able
to receive divine communication and guidance, to bless and
heal others, and to help us build personal power.

Drums and rattles are hand-made from elk or deer skins which have been
harvested in a good way. Drums are built on a cedar hoop and include
a hand-made beater and instructions for proper care and maintenance.
They will be personally crafted in sacred ceremonial space, where
prayers of thanks are offered to the spirits of the animals whose
skins will be used in the creation of these sacred tools.

A shamanic journey is performed for each item being crafted in
order to bring their medicine and blessings to the ritual piece
on behalf of the purchaser.
Each caretaker of a new drum or rattle will receive a written story
about the particular spirit of power which has chosen to honor you
with its medicine, along with any personal messages that may be offered.

Your malas are made to order and are shipped first class in a black velvet pouch along with a short history of their origin and instructions on how they are typically used, though you may use them with prayers from any religious or spiritual tradition.

If you select a specific energy medicine, a mantra (Sanskrit prayer) particular to your intent will be included.
